Barry Fenton has been involved in real estate for over 25 years. Prior to teaming up with Mark, he was the president of a major real estate company that specialized in developing commercial and residential buildings located across Canada and the United States. In the last number of years, Barry has lent his experience to seeking out and developing properties that have the potential to become valuable, sought-after communities such as Murano on Bay, 22 Wellesley at Yonge and Wellesley, and the Toy Factory Lofts in Liberty Village.
